The upcoming prequel goes even deeper into the lives of some of the characters you will come to know and love in Rock and Roll in Locker Seventeen. Now I can’t give much away, but I can tell you the story will take place in a primitive era known as the 1960’s, and features western Canada’s most exiting tiki themed restaurant, what is possibly the world’s first motorhome, a state of the art cabinet television set that contains both a record player and a high fidelity radio, and a really nice not yet classic Corvette. There will be plenty of groovy 1960’s musical references, which I hope are true to the period. (If not I blame the internet, Wikipedia: you let me down again.) In fact Ricky Stevenson himself will probably make an appearance.

In even more exciting news: after completing the prequel, I am finally going to write the sequel to Rock and Roll in Locker Seventeen. Like Indiana Jones, or Back to the Future, or the original Star Wars movies, It’s going to be a trilogy, yes that’s right a trifecta of Locker Seventeen awesomeness ready to rock the 21st century. Are you excited yet?

So, by now you are probably wondering: What can I do to get these books into stores now? Well kids, all I can say is tell all your friends or relatives in the publishing industry about my book. Throw a tantrum if you need to. Oh and just so you know Kinko’s doesn’t count as being part of the publishing industry.
